If you are a customer on any of our Public plans (fully free video to viewers) you will have the ability to send your broadcast to Facebook as well as through the normal BoxCast channels. Read below or check out our Tech Tips video.
- On the BoxCast Dashboard (dashboard.boxcast.com), select 'Schedule an Event' as you normally would.
- On the Publish step, click the 'Log in to Facebook' button if you haven't already.
- Enter your Facebook credentials to log in securely through Facebook.
- Select 'Public' when prompted that BoxCast would like to post to Facebook. This gives BoxCast permission to post the live stream on your church's Facebook page.
- From the dropdown menu, select 'Show on My Timeline' or one of your pages. Then select your privacy settings. For testing, select "My Timeline" and "Only Me".
- Finish scheduling your event. Once the feed is live on BoxCast, it will be available on Facebook as well!
