I don't see the option to "Log in to Facebook" when scheduling an event

If you are a BoxCast customer with an active account streaming non-ticketed events, the "Log in to Facebook" button should appear as it does below.

NOTE: Only clients who are on a Public/Private streaming plan can use the BoxCast & Facebook Live integration.

If you do not see this button, please go through the following steps.

  1. Sign out of your BoxCast Dashboard account.
  2. Clear your internet browser's cache.
  3. Sign in to your BoxCast Dashboard account.
  4. Look for the "Log in to Facebook" button on the Publish step of scheduling an event.

If you share your BoxCast account with other users, they may have already connected the account with Facebook. In this case, your dashboard will look like it does below.

From the drop-down menu where it says "Disabled", you should be able to select a page or timeline to publish your stream on.
