I paid for a subscription but cannot see the video anymore.

When you purchase a subscription for our videos we store a little string of information on your computer that allows you to come back and watch future videos. Clearing the cache on your computer can result in you being unable to access videos again. DO NOT WORRY. You also received an email when you first signed up that will contain a link that you can use to access the videos. Just search your email for "BoxCast" and you should be good.

 

If you cannot find that email feel free to chat with us and we can get you your link. Just be sure to tell us what organization's video you signed up to watch.
